TR-808 Drum Sample Pack

The Roland TR-808 Rhythm Composer was one of the first programmable drum machines to hit the market. Introduced by the Roland Corporation in early 1980. The Roland TR-808 quickly buit up a large fanbase and held specific appeal because of the ability of its bass drum to produce extremely low-frequency sounds. The TR-808 also featured unique artificial percussion sounds that characterized the TR-808 and appealed to the Techno producers of Detroit. The Roland TR-808 would eventually be used on more hit records than any other drum machine, and has thus attained an iconic status within the music industry.

Here at Minimal System Instruments we have captured these iconic sounds and produced this sample pack so that anyone can have the distincive sounds of the worlds most iconic drum machine at their disposal.

Recorded directly from an original Roland TR-808 we have created a sample pack that is ready to use straight away in your electronic music productions. The TR-808 used was mastered using high end outboard gear meaning this sample collection sounds as close to the original machine as possible

Totalling 39 individual drum sounds this pack aims to give you a great all round package. Every attention to detail has been made!
